Seeing animations such as these on Newgrounds is as suprizing as it gets.

Great artwork, nice smooth animation, clever "camera" angles, and funny idea that was well executed.

I congratulate you for making such quality work and hope to see it on TV some day.

"graphics need work"

The overall game was pretty good but I noticed one of the flaws you had were the graphics. some of the graphics that you actually did yourself (not the video game BG) looked like they were made in MS Paint. They were not very good looking. such as when "you take cover" and the wall comes up. some of those wer every crude. another thing I should mention was the guns. It was nice to see that they were done on some kind of 3d program and the reload animations were pretty good, but they just didn't seem to match with the rest of the game. and the real problem is that you left some white squares around the gun. Not alot. like a couple of pixels but enough so that one could notice.

"unique style"

Although some can see the style of this flash as just a shortcut to avoid animating the whole thing, I actually liked it. It made the whole style of watching the flash very diffrent from other flashes. Although technicaly speaking it dosnt have the action that other flashes have or smooth frame by frame animation, it really is a bit uniqe and because of that it deserves to be in the top 100.

I was debating within myself to blam it or not but I ended up voting a 1 on it. It was a very good concept for a quick short but just overall having to wait for that loader too work and then just watch a very short and empty animation.

My advice is too try it again but use a very simple loadre like the NG one and make it a bit longer, for example having mario walk a while before reaching that flying block. And also add Alot more to the background.

"work on some little things"

It was pretty good, but it neeeded alot of touches. Like the "explosion" at the end. not very good at all. and a couple of other effects like gunshots along with better sound effects would help it alot. other than that though it was pretty good.
